What:

NCCP
North Chicago Community Partners

What:

Welcome to North Chicago Community Partners. The location of our service site is in Lake Bluff and transportation will be provided to and from the school via white shuttle buses. At the site, we help tutor underprivileged kids in basic subjects. The content we will be teaching is fairly easy, so any level of experience is sufficient. It’s a lot of fun and a great way to help out a community in need.

FORA

What:

FORA stands for Forging Opportunities for Refugees in America. FORA is an organization in Chicago that works with refugee kids who were denied access to education in their country. We tutor kids to help get them back up to grade level. We go out Wednesdays, leave NT at 3:45, and get back around 6:45. These kids need consistency, so we are looking for volunteers who would be able to come every week (except in emergencies).
